Design Leadership Community is a Swedish non-profit organisation tailored to those who manage and lead with design, with the aim of having an impact on organisational strategies.
Our purpose is to strengthen the design leadership community in Sweden.
We do this by facilitated conversations as well as experience sharing to create awareness and clarity on successful leadership led by design methodology.
We are a collaborating network built on members that are design leaders, design managers or designers who aspire to become a design leader.
We share insights and experience of common situations as a design leader and manager to help raise the awareness and competence within the discipline. Examples of topics that are discussed and shared:
