A non-profit community for Design Leaders

We are a Swedish non-profit organisation tailored to those who manage and lead with design, with the aim of having an impact on organisational strategies.

Our purpose is to strengthen the design leadership community in Sweden.

We do this by facilitated conversations as well as experience sharing to create awareness and clarity on successful leadership led by design methodology.

We are a collaborating network built on members that are design leaders, design managers or designers who aspire to become a design leader.

The community was started in 2018 and now have 100+ members.

The purpose of the Buddy programme is to help design leaders get support & coaching by experienced leaders in the field.

A few times a year we meet online your IRL. We often have guest speaker from the community or from around the globe on topics about design leadership and such.

The State of Design Report

The Swedish Edition

Once a year, we run a survey about being a designer in Sweden. The survey runs in the spring and summer and the result is published in the winter.
