About us

DLC is a Swedish non-profit organisation tailored to those who manage and lead with design, with the aim to have an impact on organisational strategies.

Our purpose is to strengthen the design leadership community in Sweden.

We do this by facilitated conversations as well as experience sharing to create awareness and clarity on successful leadership led by design methodology.

We are a collaborating network built on members that are design leaders, design managers or designers who aspire to become a design leader.

The community was started by Chris McCann & Jens Wedin in 2018 and now has 100+ members. The Community is today steered by our leadership team, see below.

The community is a non-profit organisation (ideell förening) and we who lead this do this on our spare time. We are constantly searching for more people to help us in any way. Please contact us for if you want to help out.
